What happened this week? It may be something that happened at work, or in the family. It may be a conversation or an article you read. Share about something that made you angry or happy or confused or depressed – something that really affected you.
• What caused this to happen?
• How did it affect the people involved?
• What are the good and bad things about this happening?
• What was your reaction/action?
• Was that a good reaction? A responsible reaction?
4. The enquiry – Family life
We all need the love and support of our family. As young adults we also need the space and freedom to make our own life and decisions. It sometimes happens that these two needs results in some difficulties and even conflict.
SEE
1. Talk about your family. How many brothers and sisters do you have? Who is living at home at the moment?
2. How much of your time do you spend with your parents and your brothers and sisters. What responsibilities do you accept around the home?

JUDGE
1. How important are you in making your family life happy? Do you have the power and ability to make your family either happy or miserable?
2. What do you think you might be able to achieve if you decided to give time and effort to improve your family life? How would this affect your own life, now and in the future?
ACT
1. When you look at your family life, and your involvement in your family, what is it exactly that you would like to change?
2. It is difficult to change things all at once and it often causes heartaches and problems if we try.
